At Challengerate.com, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent order, shipping, and delivery experience for all our users. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled within our platform.


1. Order Placement & Confirmation

  1. Buyers can place orders using our platform with the following payment options:
    • Net Banking
    • UPI Payment
    • Credit Card / Debit Card
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  2. Once an order is placed, the manufacturer reviews the order.
    • If the order is accepted, the manufacturer will confirm the order.
    • If the order is rejected, the manufacturer will provide a reason for the rejection.
    • Payments (for prepaid methods) will only be processed once the manufacturer confirms the order.


2. Shipping & Delivery Coverage

  • Domestic Orders Only: Currently, Challengerate.com only delivers within the country. International shipping is not available.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the manufacturer’s location and processing time. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order weight, size, and location.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Challengerate.com supports order returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Process:
    • The buyer initiates the return request on the platform.
    • The manufacturer and buyer coordinate for the return of the product.
  2. Return Charges:
    • Manufacturer’s Responsibility: The cost of returning the product from the manufacturer to Challengerate or designated hub will be borne by the manufacturer.
    • Buyer’s Responsibility: The cost of return delivery from the buyer to the manufacturer or designated hub will be borne by the buyer.
  3. Eligibility:
    • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
    • All returns must be initiated within the timeline specified in the order confirmation.


4. Order Tracking

  • Buyers can track the status of their orders directly through their Challengerate.com account.
  • Status updates include: Order Placed → Manufacturer Confirmation → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.


5. Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistic delays, natural calamities, or manufacturer issues.
  • Buyers are requested to provide accurate shipping addresses to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Challengerate.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order is shipped.
