This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of all orders placed through the Challenge Rate platform. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Shipping Method

All orders placed on the Challenge Rate platform are shipped exclusively through reputable, registered domestic courier companies or via Speed Post. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Orders are typically dispatched within 10 (ten) business days from the date of order placement and confirmation of payment, or as per the specific delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. The dispatch timeline is subject to:

  • Availability of the ordered product(s) with the seller
  • Verification and confirmation of your payment
  • Adherence to applicable courier company or postal authority norms and schedules


  Note

For custom or bulk B2B orders, the dispatch timeline may be mutually agreed upon between the buyer and seller at the time of order confirmation.


3. Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered exclusively to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, including PIN code, landmark details, and a valid mobile number for the courier to contact you.

⚠  Important

Challenge Rate is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the buyer. Any re-delivery charges arising from incorrect addresses shall be borne by the buyer.


4. Delivery Confirmation

Confirmation of delivery of services (where applicable) will be sent to the email address registered with your account on the Platform. For physical goods, the courier partner will typically provide delivery confirmation upon successful handover.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, where applicable, may be levied by the seller or by Challenge Rate as the Platform Owner. These charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your order.

⚠  Important

Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable — including in cases where a return or refund is approved for the product itself.


6. Delays & Liability

Challenge Rate strives to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, once an order has been dispatched, the delivery timeline is subject to the operational constraints of the courier company or postal authority.

Challenge Rate shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by the courier company, postal authority, or logistics partner
  • Delays arising from force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions
  • Failed deliveries due to the buyer being unavailable at the specified address


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be shared with you via email or through your account dashboard on the Platform. You may use these details to monitor the status of your delivery with the respective courier partner.
