The Platform operates a B2B wholesale marketplace connecting manufacturers, retailers, and bulk buyers across India. These Terms of Use govern all access to and use of the Platform, including associated mobile sites and applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your registered account
- Notify Challenge Rate immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, text, software, code, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of Challenge Rate or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Challenge Rate makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of the information, content, or materials on the Platform for any particular purpose.
You acknowledge that:
- Information on the Platform may contain inaccuracies or errors, for which Challenge Rate expressly excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion
- You are required to independently evaluate whether the Services meet your specific requirements

7. Transactions & Legally Binding Contracts
Upon initiating a transaction on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Challenge Rate for the applicable Services. You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services you avail, as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any purpose that is:
- Unlawful, illegal, or prohibited by these Terms or any applicable Indian or local law
- Harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive to any party
- In violation of any third party's intellectual property rights or privacy
- Intended to transmit harmful code, malware, or disruptive data to the Platform
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Challenge Rate, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties, or legal fees arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policy
- Your violation of any law, rule, or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
10. Force Majeure
Neither Challenge Rate nor you shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations under these Terms that is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, or internet outages.
